G O O D B Y E... [Monday 4.10.06 @ 6:42am] mija_aloevera [ mood | crushed ] This is a bittersweet ending to one of my favorite projects I started. This summer the community would have had another birthday but oh well ;~; It feels odd to close this down but its time to move on. I first want to thank all of the staff/designers *past and present* for sharing their amazing work with us. I also want to thank all of the members who joined, commented and enjoyed all of our work. Without you this community would have never been around so long. Different reasons lead me to the conclusion of closing this community down, a main one is that many of the designers (including myself) are not as active on gj. But I will not delete this community, I'll just close membership. AGAIN, MEMBERSHIP IS CLOSED. This is the LAST update on the community. If any of you still want to see more of our designs, I listed design journals of our current staff members. BUT... There is a new site over at livejournal. You must always have your little banner before the cut. All graphics besides that *ie icons, layouts...* MUST be under the cut. NO TEASERS please. Wallpapers and layouts must have thumbnails. Lets make it easy for dial up users and slow connections. Personal Icon Journals, I don't have a problem with advertising your icon/graphic journals as long as you don't over do it ><;; Its fine having something like: {x}Comment {x}Credit {x}perfectgarden <--- Graphic Journal But please tone down linking banners to your personal icon/graphic journals...and place them at the end of your post behind the cut.
